We will not be able to accept returns for underwear & baby bottles / dummies due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. Sale items & payment plan items are non-returnable.
All postage is paid for by the buyer and we ask that if you are retuning any parcels by post that you send recorded delivery also as we will not accept any responsibility for them until they have been received & signed for by ourselves. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our store, this includes orders you received via Free Delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
