We are happy to offer an exchange or credit note for non-sale items within 14 days of purchase date. This applies to both instore & online purchases. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with the original packaging and designer garment tags still attached. We cannot accept returns of items as faulty if they have not been treated as instructed in the garment care label. Unfortunately returns that do not meet our guidelines cannot be accepted. You can return your items to our store in person or by an approved courier. If returning by courier, you are responsible for all shipping costs and we recommend sending via a registered service such as Royal Mail Signed. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds or credit notes for sale items. This applies to both instore & online purchases. We are a small store and do not have the resources to handle and process sale item returns. How to return

• Please fill in the returns form which can be downloaded here and return to: Forever Young Childrenswear, 13 Main Road, Cumbernauld, Glasgow G67 4BT.
• We recommend using Royal Mail for tracking and proof of delivery.
• Package your items carefully, with each item in its original packaging and all labels attached (including hangers). Shoes must be in their original, undamaged box as it is considered part of the item. Please do not use the shoe box as protective packaging.
• Gift-wrap or gift boxes cannot be returned or exchanged. Should you wish to exchange or return items that you have received in a gift box, you do not need to return the box.

What happens next?

• Within 5 business days of receiving your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that your original payment method has been refunded or exchanged (refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account). Please note that items must meet our return policy.
• The details of your return will also be posted to your account.
• Please note it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.
• For orders paid with Bank Transfer, we are only able to offer a product exchange or refund in store credit.
